Do you offer boarding services?

No, we provide all services exclusively in your home. This ensures your pet remains in their familiar environment, reducing stress and maintaining their routine.

Can you administer medication?

We do not administer any medication. If your pet requires medication, please ensure arrangements are made with a veterinary professional or another qualified caregiver.

Are there surcharges for late services?

Services beginning after 21:00 incur a 50% surcharge. This ensures our team is compensated fairly for extended hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the agreed price.
